These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by With Love, Sarah. By working with me or submitting a booking or enquiry, you agree to the following terms:
Services
I offer creative marketing services including campaign planning, content creation, social media support, and asset design. All services will be delivered as agreed in writing (via email or proposal).
Payment
Payment is required on delivery of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Invoices will be sent upon completion of work or delivery of agreed milestones.

All invoices must be paid within 7 days of issue.

I reserve the right to withhold delivery of final files until full payment has been received.
No Refunds
Due to the nature of creative and strategic services, all payments are non-refundable, even if you change your mind or decide not to use the delivered work.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide all required materials, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in response may affect timelines and delivery.
Revisions
Unless otherwise stated, all services include one round of revisions. Additional changes may be billed at an agreed hourly rate.
Cancellations
Either party may cancel a project before work has begun. If work has already started, you are responsible for paying for any time or materials used up to that point.
Ownership & Usage
Once full payment is received, final deliverables are yours to use. I retain the right to showcase work for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of Liability
I aim to deliver high-quality, timely work, but I cannot be held responsible for any loss of business, income, or reputation resulting from the use of my services or content.
